On behalf of Sailways team, we are truly sorry about the inconvenience that COVID 19 has caused and we understand the concern that everyone is currently going through.
There is no doubt that you have been closely following the developments and we are doing the same because our priority is to guarantee the well-being and safety of our custumers and staff.
We are following up to date advice from the government and experts. Regardless of how the situation turns out in the weeks ahead, we believe that we can overcome this problem all together.
However, our team understands that there is uncertainty around traveling at this time so you may have a lot of questions about your charter holidays. If an international travel ban is set in your country or in Greece Sailways has decided to offer you the chance to reschedule your booking using a voucher. This applies to all existing bookings until today (16 March 2020).
For all future bookings we are introducing a new flexible payment plan advance payment 7 days upon booking to 20%, second payment four weeks upon booking 30%, and the rest 50 % one month before the charter. New bookings can be canceled and a voucher can be issued.
